About

I am currently an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Simon's Rock, where I started in the summer of 2014.

From July 2013 to June 2014, I was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Boston College.

I was a graduate student at Brown University, and I graduated in May 2013 with my PhD in mathematics. My advisor is Jeff Hoffstein, and my research is broadly in automorphic forms. My thesis deals with GL3 Eisenstein series and uses multiple Dirichlet series associated to prehomogeneous vector spaces. I served as my department's graduate student liaison to the Sheridan Center for Teaching and Learning and completed the Reflective Teaching Seminar and the Teaching Consultant Program.

I have been a student, counselor, and head counselor at PROMYS (the Program in Mathematics for Young Scientists) at Boston University. I have also bee a counselor in the PROMYS for Teachers program.

I have taught a variety of levels of calculus, as well as a number theory class for non-majors. I value quality teaching highly, and was recognized with a departmental teaching award by the Brown Department of Mathematics in Spring 2013.

Here is a copy of my CV, last updated December 2012.
