The concept behind this series of work addresses what is lost in translation from one experience to another, be it from the ancient to the modern or the physical to the spiritual. The use of veils in both ancient and modern rituals has been a common symbol throughout the civilization of humanity and it is through these objects that I pose questions about identity, permanence, and truth.
